The establishment would love nothing more than to use a crisis or event such as an “armed march” to their advantage.

WASHINGTON BOUNDARY — On the morning of July 4, 2013, Independence Day, hundreds, if not thousands of armed protesters, locked and loaded, will mass just outside of Washington at the Arlington National Cemetery in what some consider a face-off with the American government. The ultimate “Tea Party” extravaganza, to say the least.
At the stroke of high noon, 12pm, the armed group of protesters, led by Adam Kokesh, plans to “muster” up enough balls, to try and cross the Arlington Memorial Bridge which will be surrounded by heavily armed law enforcement and federal agencies.
According to Kokesh, the group will, “march across the Memorial Bridge, down Independence Avenue, around the Capitol, the Supreme Court, & the White House, then down Constitution Avenue to peacefully return to Virginia across the Memorial Bridge…. We will march with rifles loaded & slung across our backs to put the government on notice that we will not be intimidated & cower in submission to tyranny. We are marching to mark the high water mark of government & to turn the tide. This will be a non-violent event, unless the government chooses to make it violent. Should we meet physical resistance, we will peacefully turn back, having shown that free people are not welcome in Washington, & return with the resolve that the politicians, bureaucrats, & enforcers of the federal government will not be welcome in the land of the free. “When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.” – Thomas Jefferson. Does the government fear the people? If not, something is wrong, and we aim to change it.”
Although proponents of tyranny, federal and local authorities, are not liking this demonstration one bit as even Kokesh himself admits, “This is an act of civil disobedience”. While this type of behavior could corner law enforcement, prompting them to respond based on protocol or local law alone, we will have to wait and see how this situation will play out.
According to a Washington Post piece, the Police chief of DC stated to Channel 8, “If you’re coming here to protest government policy, great…. If you’re coming here to break the law, we’ll take action.” Lanier added, “There’s a pretty good chance we’ll meet them on the D.C. side of the bridge.”
This is not a threat by law enforcement, but rather a statement that they intend to uphold local law at all costs. Some think this is dangerous behavior and could potentially lead to a stand-off, or worse yet, a bloodbath on American streets.

According to Wikipedia, the law in Washington states that, “In Washington, D.C., all firearms must be registered with the police, by the terms of the Firearms Control Regulations Act of 1975.
The same law also prohibited the possession of handguns, even in private citizens’ own homes, unless they were registered before 1976. However, the handgun ban was struck down by the U.S. Supreme Court in the 2008 case District of Columbia v. Heller. The Supreme Court ruled that the Second Amendment acknowledges and guarantees the right of the individual to possess and carry firearms, and therefore D.C.’s ban on handguns was unconstitutional.
Following the Heller decision, the Washington D.C. City Council enacted a set of rules regulating the possession of handguns in citizens’ homes. In addition to each handgun being registered with the police, the rules require that D.C. residents undergo a background check and submit fingerprints. The firearms registry photographs the applicant. Residents must take an online gun safety course, and pass a written test on the District’s gun laws. Residents must also declare where it will be kept.
The District of Columbia does not permit the concealed carrying of firearms. Open carry is also prohibited. A lawsuit was filed on August 6, 2009, to compel the district to issue permits to carry weapons.” Meaning, carrying a loaded firearm in Washington would be illegal, according to modern law, raising the following question.
Will Law Enforcement Fire On Peaceful Armed Protestors?
The fact of the matter is, yes. The US government is fully prepared to fire on, detain, torture, and kill, US citizens based on legal provisions implemented within such documentation as the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act, National Detention Authorization Act (NDAA), world treaties, and other globalist sponsored agendas.
Per the US Constitution, US Citizens have the “Right to Bear Arms”. But, does this amendment pertain to armed citizens marching around seated officials in Washington DC, while the Obama administration in full swing, waiting for the opportunity to once and for all fully demonize protestors or “patriot” groups.
The Outcome
One must consider the final outcome. Do the pros outweigh the cons?
Although Kokesh is protesting tyranny, he appears to be willing to accept it. Kokesh wrote, “Should we meet physical resistance, we will peacefully turn back, having shown that free people are not welcome in Washington, & return with the resolve that the politicians, bureaucrats, & enforcers of the federal government will not be welcome in the land of the free”. Thus signifying that he plans to submit to fascist tyranny anyway, granting Obama’s tyrannical regime, and future regimes yet even more power as nothing more than a dog and pony show will be achieved.
We also must note that if shots were to be fired at such a protest, the consequences could be devastating, as the establishment seeks just one event which will then justify the total and complete lock-down of America.
Ladies and gentlemen we now tread on thin ice.
