A handful of people, an elite group, empowered by president Ronald Reagan while he was in office, redefined the, then current, Continuity of Government COG) program, to to suspend the Constitution of the United States of America during any crisis. This was a clear step by rogue elements within the US Military Industrial Complex to try and secure total control over the United States, its assets, infrastructure, and citizens, by one day, circumventing the US constitution.
These are the very same elements that have also prepared ‘mass graves’ for you and your family as I reported in March of 2009, on the Alex Jones Show and Prison Planet TV. In unison, an article I authored for Infowars.com garnered national attention, as others around the country responded, turning up yet more evidence that these graves were being installed nationwide. These mass grave sites are likely part of COG, and are definitely part of Mass Fatality and Pandemic Preparedness Plans implemented by various state and local government agencies under the direction of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). These plans dovetail into prior formulated plots laid out by some of our nation’s top head officials.
After Ronald Regan was elected president, he installed Louis Giuffrida, as the head of FEMA, an old cold warrior. Through Giuffrida and others, key members of a rogue power structure would manipulate the law to circumvent the constitution at a future date. That event was 9/11.
As innocent as the former Hollywood actor turned president Reagan seemed, his handlers, at the time, were a very dangerous threat to our nation’s future. In fact, President Reagan and close constituants were also responsible for launching a secret Readiness Exercise in 1984, dubbed, REX84. A plan that would also work in tandem with multiple federal agencies during a time of civil unrest or ‘mass exodus’ of immigrants from Mexico. Essentially allowing the construction of concentration (FEMA) camps in America, later enforced by laws and provisions such as the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
TruthOut.org reported (a view into the past), “In January 1981, as the Reagan administration begins, it becomes increasingly clear that a major theme will be: Carter was wrong about everything. Placate the Soviets? Wrong. Solar power? Wrong. Social welfare programs? Wrong. FEMA …?
FEMA, now less than two years old, was still searching for its identity when Hurricane Reagan hit the agency. More and more military officers were seen daily signing in at the guards’ desk. Director Macy was replaced by Louis Giuffrida, a retired Army officer. As the Reagan administration took an increasingly confrontational public stance against the Soviets, FEMA under Giuffrida took a similar approach. Coordinating the response to natural disasters was becoming less and less important. FEMA’s real mission? Prepare for “The Big One,” the nuclear war with the Soviets.
FEMA would be an early version of TV hero Jack Bauer, fighting hard to save America from external threats. The problem was, the US government already had plenty of Jack Bauer’s (24) at the FBI, the CIA and the Defense Department … and they had no love for this upstart FEMA that would suddenly dash to the front of the line and grab all the glory for our country’s defense.
So FEMA, facing public anger from the anti-nuclear-war left, also faced disdain from the federal intelligence and law enforcement establishment. The agency soon became known as the “Turkey Farm,” where politically reliable (but not very skilled) political appointees would be sent to play their war games while the real action took place elsewhere.
To be sure, there were some bright spots in the FEMA leadership … Jeff Bragg, who established an employee performance management system in the Federal Insurance Administration, Sam Speck, who headed FEMA’s State and Local Programs Directorate and who understood the value of reaching out to our non-federal partners instead of trying to order them around.”
Today FEMA is a fairly well organized machine. However some have doubts after seeing how the agency handled hurricane Katrina. All of these agencies have since been running drills, that all tie into the COG control grid, as well as Echelon and other surveillance platforms.
Once the, then current, COG plan was redefined by Regan’s people, there would need to be a catastrophic event such as “another Pearl Harbor” to kick off the suspension of the American Constitution behind the backs of the American people with a dastardly plan to takeover the nation. This attack came in the form of 9/11.
September 11, 2001, during the ‘terror attacks’ that took place on American soil, the most recent version of COG, at the time, was enacted. This was the event the establishment needed to proceed with their diabolic plans.
These plans have been operational, and still in effect ever since 9/11, as we are in a technical state of emergency, the constitution remains technically suspended.
In fact, Wikipedia reads, “The George W. Bush administration put the Continuity of Operations plan into effect for the first time directly following the September 11 attacks. Their implementation involved a rotating staff of 75 to 150 senior officials and other government workers from every federal executive department and other parts of the executive branch in two secure bunkers on the East Coast. Friends, family and co-workers were only able to reach them through a toll-free number and personal extensions. The Bush administration did not acknowledge the implementation of the COG plan until March 1, 2002.
Since its inception, the newly created Department of Homeland Security has conducted at least three exercises to test continuity plans. The first, named “Forward Challenge ’04″, took place from May 12 to May 13, 2004, and included more than 40 government agencies. The second major exercise took place from June 20 to June 24, 2005. Titled “Pinnacle”, the exercise tested responses to various emergencies, including a hypothetical act of terrorism. “Forward Challenge ’06″ was the third major exercise, and took place on June 19, 2006. It reportedly involved nearly 4,000 government personnel.
In September 2010, President Barack Obama informed Congress that the State of Emergency in effect since September 14, 2001, will be extended another year. The National Emergencies Act grants various powers to the president during times of emergency, and was intended to prevent a president from declaring a state of emergency of indefinite duration.
In 2007, Professor Larry J. Sabato criticized the incomplete nature of the plan in his book A More Perfect Constitution. In particular, he objected to the fact that there is no Constitutional procedure for replacing U.S. House members in the case of a large-scale attack which could potentially kill a large number of representatives. In regard to the Continuity of Operations Plan, Sabato said it “failed outright” during the September 11 attacks.
The NORAD- and USNORTHCOM-sponsored exercise “Vigilant Shield 2008″ took place from October 15 to October 20, 2007.”
According to some, these national level exercises have ramped up, which likely signifies the eminence of a substantial coming event.
An excerpt from Wikipedia reads Describes the actual Continuity of Operations plan or COOP;
Each facility is a counterpart to its peacetime equivalent.
Raven Rock Mountain Complex → The Pentagon (Department of Defense)
Mount Weather → Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) (Used temporarily for Members of Congress in Sept. 2001) Camp David → Executive Office of the President
Unknown → United States Congress (The Greenbrier was to be used until 1992, when it was decommissioned) Cheyenne Mountain → North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD)
United States Strategic Command Center (Offutt Air Force Base) → United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM)
The Former site:
National Audio-Visual Conservation Center (Mount Pony) → Department of Treasury/Federal Reserve (sold off in 1997 to the National Audiovisual Conservation Center) Project Greek Island (Greenbrier Bunker – Exposed in the press and removed from service)
Also, mobile systems are used for additional command and control.
E-4, EC-135, and E-6 are all airborne command centers.
Air Force One is the term for any USAF plane the President of the United States travels on. However, the term normally refers to a Boeing VC-25A the President normally uses. While the VC-25A is equipped with numerous systems to ensure its survival, in an emergency, it would be recommended that s/he use the National Airborne Operations Center, a Boeing E-4specially built to serve as a survivable mobile command post. The Secretary of Defense may also use it, as a member of the National Command Authority. It is also possible that the President would authorize the Vice President to use it, depending on the circumstances. An E-6 Mercury, is USSTRATCOM’s Airborne Command Post, designed to take over in case USSTRATCOM’s headquarters is destroyed or incapable of communicating with strategic forces. NORAD owns and operates a Mobile Consolidated Command Center
The Army has now set up a command center called United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) to further carryout these actions if necessary or required.
COG measures were invoked on September 11, 2001, during the terrorist attacks, and likely the attacks were part of a larger drill based scenario that went live in the public theatre (domain).
Congressmen, Brad Sherman, and members of the Homeland Security Committee have previously requested to see the COG plans and that they be made public. While most members of the government would admit a COG plan should be in place, they remain leery of a secret detailed plan to that suspends the US Constitution. Members of the government and the Homeland Security Committee have previously been denied access to this plan. A plan that is designed to keep our nation functioning at all costs, so they say.
Highly detailed plans to keep the nations top staff, and infrastructure operational regardless of any event, do exist.
According to insider testimony top former US cabinet level officials, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and others, often role-played fictional doomsday scenarios, based on possibilities including the annihilation of seated government officials in Washington, and or the nation’s crucial command and operations infrastructure.
These random life-like drills, often ending in some undisclosed underground location. These were the beginning stages of what is now known as the US governments Continuity of Government program (COG).
While Dick Cheney and others saw a need for encased security and preparedness measures for our nations central command in a time of crisis, they also were drooling over the potential profits that could be made for their private corporations.
However, there is more to all of the ‘doomsday’ planning then that. We must ask why elites and people in-the-know have also been privately gearing up for the same such scenarios.
According to Brian Camdin of Hardened Structures, whom I interviewed a few years back. The elites are gearing up for something, privately, at a rapid rate. Camdin, has even made over 200′ long ‘doomsday arcs’ made of steel that can sit on the ocean floor for five moths then rise again after the smoke has cleared.
What are they gearing up for?

Nikola Tesla is finally beginning to attract real attention and encourage serious debate nearly 70 years after his death. Was he for real? A crackpot? Part of an early experiment in corporate-government control?
We know that he was undoubtedly persecuted by the energy power brokers of his day — namely Thomas Edison, whom we are taught in school to revere as a genius. He was also attacked by J.P. Morgan and other “captains of industry.” Upon Tesla’s death on January 7th, 1943, the U.S. government moved into his lab and apartment confiscating all of his scientific research, some of which has been released by the FBI through the Freedom of Information Act. (I’ve embedded the first 250 pages below and have added a link to the .pdf of the final pages, 290 in total).
Besides his persecution by corporate-government interests (which is practically a certification of authenticity), there is at least one solid indication of Nikola Tesla’s integrity — he tore up a contract with Westinghouse that was worth billions in order to save the company from paying him his huge royalty payments.
But, let’s take a look at what Nikola Tesla — a man who died broke and alone — has actually given to the world. For better or worse, with credit or without, he changed the face of the planet in ways that perhaps no man ever has.
1. Alternating Current – This is where it all began, and what ultimately caused such a stir at the 1893 World’s Expo in Chicago. A war was leveled ever-after between the vision of Edison and the vision of Tesla for how electricity would be produced and distributed. The division can be summarized as one of cost and safety: The DC current that Edison (backed by General Electric) had been working on was costly over long distances, and produced dangerous sparking from the required converter (called a commutator). Regardless, Edison and his backers utilized the general “dangers” of electric current to instill fear in Tesla’s alternative: Alternating Current. As proof, Edison sometimes electrocuted animals at demonstrations. Consequently, Edison gave the world the electric chair, while simultaneously maligning Tesla’s attempt to offer safety at a lower cost. Tesla responded by demonstrating that AC was perfectly safe by famously shooting current through his own body to produce light. This Edison-Tesla (GE-Westinghouse) feud in 1893 was the culmination of over a decade of shady business deals, stolen ideas, and patent suppression that Edison and his moneyed interests wielded over Tesla’s inventions. Yet, despite it all, it is Tesla’s system that provides power generation and distribution to North America in our modern era.
2. Light – Of course he didn’t invent light itself, but he did invent how light can be harnessed and distributed. Tesla developed and used florescent bulbs in his lab some 40 years before industry “invented” them. At the World’s Fair, Tesla took glass tubes and bent them into famous scientists’ names, in effect creating the first neon signs. However, it is his Tesla Coil that might be the most impressive, and controversial. The Tesla Coil is certainly something that big industry would have liked to suppress: the concept that the Earth itself is a magnet that can generate electricity (electromagnetism) utilizing frequencies as a transmitter. All that is needed on the other end is the receiver — much like a radio.
3. X-rays – Electromagnetic and ionizing radiation was heavily researched in the late 1800s, but Tesla researched the entire gamut. Everything from a precursor to Kirlian photography, which has the ability to document life force, to what we now use in medical diagnostics, this was a transformative invention of which Tesla played a central role. X-rays, like so many of Tesla’s contributions, stemmed from his belief that everything we need to understand the universe is virtually around us at all times, but we need to use our minds to develop real-world devices to augment our innate perception of existence.
4. Radio – Guglielmo Marconi was initially credited, and most believe him to be the inventor of radio to this day. However, the Supreme Court overturned Marconi’s patent in 1943, when it was proven that Tesla invented the radio years previous to Marconi. Radio signals are just another frequency that needs a transmitter and receiver, which Tesla also demonstrated in 1893 during a presentation before The National Electric Light Association. In 1897 Tesla applied for two patents US 645576, and US 649621. In 1904, however, The U.S. Patent Office reversed its decision, awarding Marconi a patent for the invention of radio, possibly influenced by Marconi’s financial backers in the States, who included Thomas Edison and Andrew Carnegie. This also allowed the U.S. government (among others) to avoid having to pay the royalties that were being claimed by Tesla.
5. Remote Control – This invention was a natural outcropping of radio. Patent No.613809 was the first remote controlled model boat, demonstrated in 1898. Utilizing several large batteries; radio signals controlled switches, which then energized the boat’s propeller, rudder, and scaled-down running lights. While this exact technology was not widely used for some time, we now can see the power that was appropriated by the military in its pursuit of remote controlled war. Radio controlled tanks were introduced by the Germans in WWII, and developments in this realm have since slid quickly away from the direction of human freedom.

Remember that scene in Scarface?
Two members of the FBI’s elite counterterrorism unit died Friday while practicing how to quickly drop from a helicopter to a ship using a rope, the FBI announced Monday in a statement.
The statement gave few details regarding the deaths of Special Agents Christopher Lorek and Stephen Shaw, other than to say the helicopter encountered unspecified difficulties and the agents fell a “significant distance.”
Last month, the team was involved in the arrest of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, a suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings. And in February, it rescued a 5-year-old boy held hostage for six days in an underground bunker in Alabama.
“Whenever things go really wrong, the FBI calls in the Hostage Rescue Team. It’s the government’s 911,” Coulson said.
Irvin Wells, a former FBI special agent who retired in 1990 after leading the Norfolk field office for three years, stressed that the Hostage Rescue Team is different from the FBI’s regular SWAT teams. He noted that agents assigned to a field office’s SWAT team also must perform other jobs inside the bureau, while agents assigned to the Hostage Rescue Team have no other duties.

A law enforcement source told The Pilot the incident happened about 12 nautical miles off the coast of Virginia Beach. The official blamed bad weather for the incident and said the agents – members of the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team, based in Quantico – fell into the water. The official said he believed the agents died as a result of the impact rather than drowning.
Glenn McBride, a spokesman for the state medical examiner’s office, said it could be months before his staff can release a final cause and manner of death for the two agents. He said they must wait for the results of routine toxicology tests.
According to a Navy official, the agents were using a ship the FBI had leased from the Navy’s Military Sealift Command. No Navy personnel were involved in the exercise, the Navy official said.
An Army helicopter crashed into a similar ship in 2009 during another training exercise off the coast of Virginia Beach, killing one person and injuring eight.
In interviews Monday, the founder of the Hostage Rescue Team and other former special agents called the unit “elite” while outlining the difficult training exercises members must endure.
“It’s the most rigorous training regiment in law enforcement, probably in the world,” said Danny Coulson, a former deputy assistant director of the FBI who started the team 30 years ago and served as its first commander. “They have to be able to do any mission, at any time.”
Among other things, members of the Hostage Rescue Team are trained to rappel from helicopters, scuba dive and use explosives to break down doors and walls. When needed, the team can deploy within four hours to anywhere in the U.S.
“It sounds risky, and it absolutely is,” Coulson said. “They have the same skill sets as SEAL Team 6 and Delta Force.”
In all, the team has responded to more than 850 incidents involving terrorism, violent crimes and foreign counterintelligence, according to the FBI’s website.
“Not to take anything from SWAT, but these guys train full time for the most dangerous of missions,” Wells said of the Hostage Rescue Team. “Like the SEALs, they are highly trained and train continuously.”
Nancy Savage, executive director of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI, said SWAT teams handle “normal dangerous situations,” while the Hostage Rescue Team handles larger-scale incidents that involve more specialized skill sets.
“It’s like one level up,” Savage said. “They are a very, very elite team.”
Coulson stressed that it takes more than brute strength to become a member of the Hostage Rescue Team.
“It’s not just biceps and triceps. It requires intellectual muscle, too,” he said.
To join the team, FBI agents must pass a special physical fitness test and complete a two-week selection class, Coulson said. Then, the agent must complete a 14- to 16-week “New Operator Training School.”
“It’s a national loss,” Coulson said about the deaths of Lorek and Shaw. “These are the best-trained individuals in the world.”
